Can't Seem to get Image Manager to work

I can't seem to get the image manager to work. I have added a category and added 3 images, but when I press the image manager button in the add section of the mylinks module I only see a pull-down menu with nothing in it. What am I doing wrong?

Well at least you got that far. I can not even upload any more pictures to my image manager for some reason. I thought maybe I didnt have enough default pixels, etc. I made the intake larger, and it still is not working.....

Anyone has any ideas to why?
