yes,

the www. in the middle of the url is a big issue.. and really shouldn't be used as such since www is meant for the beginnin of a url..

There's a known bug with the [ code ] tag that messes up URLs. I haven't been able to determine whether it's been fixed in 2.0.7.

This looks like a related bug.
