Ok I was trying to get some of my download files to update into the subcategory (http://www.jodee.biz/modules/mydownloads/viewcat.php?cid=3) but they don't show up so I used PHP debug this is what I got

Go into /templates_c through ftp and delete all the files. Also be sure that you have set the proper permissions to 777.

What files should I delete all of them in template_c and then reupload them or what
Never mind found the solutions in another thread. Somehow all the cache, templates and uploads folders were being CHMOD'd back to 755. Not sure how.
I changed permissions back to 777 and problem solved.
