xoops 2.0.6.

What determines what modules are included in the
"Advanced Search" screen (search.php)? I disabled
access from anonymous users to certain modules (such
as links, and XFSection), but an anonymous user
still sees those modules listed in the "Advanced Search"
form.

You don't have to wait for XOOPS 2.0.7. You can use marcans search hack:

Yep - that's the one, which is implemented in 2.0.7 (although I have plans to improve it a bit; you'll still have all modules listed in "Advanced Search" before you search - but the results will only be from accessible modules)
