I created this site for a client of mine.
He was on a tight budget so I did what I could for the money. I give it a (B) rating. It ofcourse is based on XOOPS with flash implimented. And oh its in spanish / english. I still need to fix some minor things.

I really love that flash menu , it looks great and it's intergration looks seamless.

On The tech side of things the site seems a little fat. Total site size without cache weighs in at around 383Kbyte and 38 http requests. As most of the intial content is cacheable, the site weighs in at a very respecatble 17kbyte on refresh. Still, at 383Kbyte you might be loosing visitors as it'll take someone on a 56K modem around a full minute to fully load the site up from scratch. From what I've read rule of thumb is that visitors move on if your site takes longer than 8 seconds to load. The main offenders on this site are banner3.swf and compy.swf which account for about 200Kbyte.

Asside from the file size issues mentioned above, I would say nicely done.

The choice of colors and layout create a warm and inviting atmosphere for visitors.
