Hi,

I think XOOPS the best package I've used. There is one thing though , the lack of documentation. I've messed around with blocks for about 1/2 a day, with little sucess. What I wanted to do is put the blocks on the mains page, ie it shows to unregistered people when they enter the site. Please could you let me know how to do this. I think this is very similar to the XOOPS site, where you get forum etc..

What you need to use is the Groups feature in the system admin, where you set which groups can view which modules and blocks. And if you set the starting module to 'none' in the system admin -> prefernces -> general setting page, you an have a homepage just with blocks. In the Blocks section, you can set at which modules the blocks are shown, Top page being the homepage.
If you set the starting page module to 'news', you get it like xoops.org is.
