I will do a portal for person whith handycap.
I need a CMS that is accessible, i like XOOPS CMS, but i haven't understand if XOOPS is fully accessible!
Xoops is WAI-AAA (or WAI-AA) ??????
I know that it depend also by skin and my content, but XOOPS "empty" and with the basic skin in fully accessible?

No, the default theme and XOOPS 2.0.6 aren't fully WAI-AA or AAA validated. This issue is being addressed for XOOPS 2.2 (maybe sooner).
