Which distribution/package can I use best to install Apache, MySQL and PHP in 1 time and with a simple procedure??

I guess you mean on a windows system? So the best for me is XAMPP from http://www.apachefriends.org/en/index.html.

Or you can install the XSAS (http://xsas.sourceforge.net/), a WAMP package with XOOPS included.

Agree, I use XAMPP as well, also use the mail and ftp-server. The beauty is that it doesn't install anything! Best package in my opinion!

You can also use Easyphp. In 1 time, and a very simple procedure (I think it is nearly in 1 mouse-click)

Thanks Mithrandir and Chapi. I visited the site and I will read all the info.
It seems a good solution for my lack of knowledge of setting up a server and installing PHP and MySQL.
So, it's gonna be XAMPP!

You're right about my knowledge Mithrandir.
However, I'm an autodidact and found my way with HTML (http://www.nvshv.nl), so I think I'll learn during experimenting with XAMPP (what does that mean anyway?) and XOOPS.....

Thanks Chapi, when I don't succeed with XAMPP I will try XSAS !!
