Ok I am new to this my page is at http://www.jodee.biz/xoops/html/index.php right now but what I am trying to do is to get stuff to show without logging in how do I do that?? When I am logged in it shows the stuff that I want to show as I am transfering my site to xoop.

Hello JoeDee

go to System Admin-->Groups-->Anonymous Users and set up the permissions for modules and blocks--you normally just place a checkmark in the appropriate box for module access and block access. Permissions can also be set up for other groups, like registered users for example

Ok I thought I set the permissions right but now I can't get nothing or access my log in panel just blank except for footer and header
Sorry checked another thread found out how to access the user log in and redid it so it working now but Thank you for helping me
