I've been browsing a lot of the modules, and I see a lot of RSS modules that pull feeds from other sites. However, I havn't seen any that generate an RSS feed for your site.

I have a site (scenespot.org), and I'd like to make RSS feeds so that people can get the headlines from an RSS reader.

Anyone know of a module that does this?

Apart from the XOOPS build in back end you can also try lykos reviews. I have it on my site so that I can include more than just news section. I added the weblogs to lykos syndicate also because I wanted everything to be under one module. Check it outhttp://www.bizdome.com/modules/lykos_syndication/

Using another add on - can't remember the name now the news I also 'feed' it to mobile devices such as cell phones and PDA's herehttp://mobile.bizdome.com. Check it out.

The RSS feeder developed by Happy Linux is very good.

RSS 1.1

You could create many channels as you wish. For example, you could do a channel with news only, another channel with news and forums combined.

In case of multiple channels, you would need to create as many system_rss temeplates as the number of channels (simply duplicate the system_rss template with different names). This is due to the fact that the template is cached. You would need to refer these templates in both the rss.php and the xoops_version.php files.
