Disable Inbox in the User Menu?

Hi,
Is there a way to disable Inbox in the User Menu through
configuration (as opposed to hacking the code)?

I don't want to provide the Inbox capability on my site
(xoops 2.0.6) and would like my users to rely on their own
email addresses.
