Hi. I might be missing something simple, but please help on one small problem I am having.

If I create a custom block uunder "Anonymous Users" it does not appear there once the database has been updated. My custom module always appears in the "Registered Users" list.

How do I add custom blocks in the anonymous list? Thanks

You have to allow them to view the block, by going to admin -> system -> groups
