You can't open another site in the right hand page of xoops, you need a frame or iframe for that, to contain the site, the framemodule I gave you works fine, I tried it on my site. (Some websites don't appreciate being enclosed in frames though)

If you are not not sure how to install modules.

You need to upload the "xoom" folder to your server to the "modules" folder.

yoursite.com/modules
News
Etc
Etc
xoom (folder)
mutimenu (folder)

Then go to XOOPS system admin/modules, near the bottom of the page you will see the modules that have not been installed.

Look for "framebrowser" and install it using the install icon.

Similar proceedure with the mutimenu program

I dont know how multimenu downloads, they often come within a folder, so you might have

multimenu (or something)
multimenu

If so upload the folder called multimenu with the files inside i.e

multimenu (not this one)
multimenu (this one with the module files inside)
