help fix my uneven cells?

i am trying to fix the cells at the top of my page to all be even height. i cannot seem to do anything to fix that. any ideas?

hey arvindg1,

you have long and short menu items and the overall width is set to 288px, you could adjust this but it would likely spread the menu right across nav bar.

you could add td height or another <br/>:

ie: <td width="1" height="50px" may work

also set the background color of table to same as menu d7d7d7.
