I edited my theme.html file, and now the site is borked.
I uploaded a fresh install of the theme, yet it still uses the old theme.html that I had edited...My main goal was to change the footer in the the theme and re-arrange the block locations...take a look and tell me why you think it's using the old edited one, even after i uploaded a clean original one.

If you go to system admin/preferences/general settings an set this to yes:

Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory?

This allows you to see immediate changes

I would also delete the files in the template_c folder, this is your cache files.

You can also set the default theme in the same place.
