my site is too slow. please help!!!

Hello guys, I'm new to XOOPS so please help me. Here is my site. http://www.gdpt-truclam.net

It used to run ok but now it is too slow. I have DSL line and it is still slow, so imagine if someone using a 56k dialup. Dont know wat is wrong with it. My hosting company is http://www.1and1.com. Does anybody have the same problem or know how to fix this problem. please let me know. Thanks so much in advance

THere are no CACHE on all the block.

It takes quite a while for the site to respond, but once it does, it is rather fast.

I guess it is located in the Eastern Asia? That would explain the long wait before response.

Thanks for reply. I dont think it from Easten Asia. Did anyone come to my site and experience slow performance? if you using 56k, it is very slow? Plz let me know. THanks
