Colored table??

Hi, i would like to have different background colors in the two colum news modul. At th moment it looks like this:

and I would like to have the tables like this:

hello autoauto.. if i get this car shown on the image i will come to you and paint that table ...

no.. haven't installed the patch to display two columned news but you will find what you need in the templatefiles of the news modul.. have a look at news_index.html
and news_item.html to add a class for your stylesheet or post this code here to allow us to show possible solutions.
