1.) I am using the Sections module and I made a character section for my site. It has some text, an image and some more text. The problem is, they are all left aligned. I need to center it but I have tried and the HTML one and everything but nothing centers it. Why won't it work?

2.) I want to make a block that appears on every page that displays a small button image to advertises my hosting (since they are giving me it for free). I make a block and put it on the left side but when I try to use an image it gives me the coding rather then the image. How do I make a single images link in a block?

EDIT: Please don't send me to the wiki. I checked there and doesnt help at all...

1) the html thing - have you tried using

2)* create a new block;
* go to ctrl panel>system>blocks>your_banner_block>edit and on the 'show ...' make sure you change it to All pages;
* on that new block, you should use the image button


and write the complete url to your banner, like http://your_site/images/your_banner.gif.
