A little trouble with my site today. I had [almost] everything set up the way I wanted, and then tried to add the "Who's online" (version 1) module.

During the installation the page went blank. Now when I type in my start page address the status line tells me "Done" when nothing has been loaded.

Has anyone ever heard of this?

I am using Xoop 2.0.5 (I think). Is there a known problem with this mod? I could not find anything in the forum.

thanks

Try logging into www.youraddress.com/admin and uninstall the module to get your page back up.
Some modules may be outdated and cause the blank screen of death.
Sorry I'm new, I cant give you relevant info on the module itself.

I tried to log onto .../admin and got a page not found message.

With .../admin.php I get a XOOPS message that says "you do not have access to this page" and then it redirects me back to my start page, which, of course, is blank.

I did the .../user.php, and I then get the blank screen.

Is this bad?

I seem to have an issue with the "Who's online" block. When I set it to visible and submit the change I get the white screen. This has happened a few times during some trial and error. I see that others are using this block. Do I need to update a file or change a setting?
