How add Poland city Tarnow - City Code (yahoo ) PLXX0026 to XP-Weather version 1.72.

I can not change the location of the weather forcast. When I click to change the default for everyone or to change my personal settings it just returns to the same page. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
