Access denied for user: 'silentalli@localhost' to database 'silentalliance_org_-_babstats'

i know i have set up everything right. is this a compatibility issue?

i am using php 4.3.3
mysql 3.23.58

dont know what to do? any help would be apreciated. I have all passwords and everything matching even deleted the database to start over and reconfigured the config.php file the way it was supposed to be but when i go to site. http://www.silentalliance.org it gives me message that access is denied

This is not a XOOPS problem, but a BABstats script problem. Ask on their site.
