"recent comments" block not available - please help

Hi,

For some reason the "recent comments" block is not available to select in the blocks administration. Anyone else have this problem, or know of a solution ?

Forgot to mention Im using XOOPS 2.0.6 with ipbm 1.3. Thanks.

OK, I've figured out more about the problem. I'm trying to make the "recent comments" block available to the webmaster group only. I had deactivated it for the registered users (taking webmaster out from this group). But when I do that, it deactivates it for webmaster group also.

How can I have this block viewable when someone in the webmaster group logs in, but not viewable for registered or guest groups ?
