How do i change what order blocks are displayed?

Hi, i can control if they center,left ect ect.

But how can i control what order them come in (which is at the top of the page and which is at the bottom).

Use the 'weight' in the blocks administration: the more wieght you give them, the lower they are:

12
20
30
40
etc.
