Hi at all

Two question:

Why an user can't change his e-mail address by itself on Xoops?

Example: The webmaster of XOOPS portal with 500 signed can to search quickly an user profile and change his e-mail address?

You can set it in the user preferences in the system admin. We have it set to 'off' here on xoops.org, because we don't want people changing their e-mail addresses into invalid e-mails. We're looking into creating a reactivation mail sent to the new address (similar to the new password), but since this isn't written or implemented yet, we set it off for now.
