I'm trying to figure out where the time stamp is for the blocks. All my blocks show following date format:

year/month/date

I want to change time stamp to:

month/date/year

Where is it located?

I think you mean year/month/day (not date)

If you had asked for why does my site show this strange month/day/year format, and how could I change it into a reasonable (ISO format) year-month-day I would have answered :
