I have a very simple custom module, I thin wrapper around a gallery script (MiG), and custom blocks made visible specifically only in this module will not show up.

These custom blocks do show up in other modules, but no matter what I do they won't in this custom one. Modules set to show up in all modules do show up no problem in the custom module.

Any clues what the problem may be?

It is not a permissions problem for sure (everyone has full access to both the block and the module).
