All my news vanished. plz help

Hello there,

today i went to my site and saw no news on it. I made some manipulation, but nothing happened.

Then in my phpmyadmin i found such an error in "xoops_stories" table:

Error
SQL-query :

SHOW KEYS FROM `xoops_stories`

response MySQL:

Can't open file: 'xoops_stories.MYD'. (errno: 145)

What shell I do? Ask my hoster to return backup?

This looks like a corrupt table. The .MYD file is where MySQL stores the data, and it can't open the table. Either use the MySQL management tools your hoster gave you to check the database integrity, or ask your hoster to do that.
