i need help

I created my own theme for my site but i want to mak it so the content such as downloads, appear inside of a table like the blocks on my site (http://hackers-inc.co.uk) and im not very good with Style Sheets (CSS) so if anyone could help id be grateful.

well that tutorial you gave me helped with the news tables anyway .. but not the downloads but i think ive figured it out.
