How about a Xoops Layout Function?

I'm not sure if it's possible, but I would love to see a XOOPS layout manager added to XOOPS or possibly an editor. I don't have php and apache installed on my computer so I can't do all of it myself. I would think a fast layout editor would be nice.

Umm, that's exactly what the templates are. They are for layout control. Just open them in any WYSIWYG editor. They won't parse the SMARTY code, but you can still do the HTML layout.
