Help i have tried to Install xoops, i hvae been giving it a shot
for quite a while now, but i am getting this mistake, and no matter what i do, i still get the same mistake.
The Weird Thing is that is Says that it is a Fatal Error

" Fatal error: Only variables or references can be returned by reference "

Can Some one Helpo me Out on this one...

What version of PHP are you running?
What server are you running? Apache?
What database version are you running?

PHP 5
MySql 4.0.17

PHP 5 is not supported since it is a beta - which apparently has some incompatibilities with XOOPS.
