Anyone out there to help with such newbe questions (wonder how long I can be considered a "newbe")

First one is real simple but I can not find the line in my theme style sheet. I have my partners block in the left column, but its position is set to left. How can I change the parners banner to be in the middle of the left column? Also I see on most sites there are more then one sponser located in the block, but mine only displays one at a time. How do I set to display more then one? I have searched the admin with no luck.

There is also a little tag I have seen and used in the past but have lost it. It is a simple code you place at the top and bottom of an HTML page then save the page as myfile.php. This tag will change your html into php and include your site wrap. (header, footer, left, right) can someone share that bit of code again?

I think you can control the layout of the partners block through its template

Administration > System Admin > Templates

How many partners were displayed in the block can be defined in the block itself! Go to

Administration > System Admin > Blocks

and edit the partners block!
