Xoops not working...please help

I installed my XOOPS system tonight, and I thought the install went good. When I go to my site, I see nothing. What is wrong? I've had XOOPS installed on this server before with no problems, I had to re-install due to a server downing. I know the PHP works, b/c I've got my IPB up and running. Please help:

Did you re-install using the existing database? If you had a non-standard theme, it may be looking for a theme that doesn't exist in the new install yet.

For your blank page problem go Here

To manually turn on debug you need to do this:

edit the file "include/common.php". Near line 83, change "error_reporting(0);" to "error_reporting(E_ALL);"

Thanks for the quick replies.

1. I used a brand new database when installing this one. One thing I did note: My first install required me to CMOD like 5 folders and a file, I only had to CMOD 1 folder and 1 file this last time. This is all on a wiped system, so there's no chance of any remnants.

2. I'll run the debug mode I see what I get, I'll post it up here.
