Hello.
I'm new and I've a problem:
I install XOOPS and then I go to my PC admin:
there's the message : that's the first time you come here... please click etc...
I click on submit, and then the page reload on the same page...
That made a loop!
What is the problem.

Ps: I'm french, but there's actually a problem on the french website and I can't register...
