a member on my site reported receiving the following error when attempting to post on my forum:

"Could not insert forum post"

Any ideas?

Firewall blocking the HTTP Header information. Do a search for firewall issues on this site, and you'll see a lot of posts. Solution is to have the user add your site to his/her trusted sites, or at least make sure that HTTP Header information is allowed by the firewall.
