Exoops Modules to Xoops?

i saw some nice e-xoops modules in modscenral like sms sender,stock quotes,banner maker etc..
do we have to convert this modules into XOOPS or thay are already in XOOPS format?

The XOOPS structure and eXOOPS structure have changed so much since the split (eXOOPS is based on XOOPS 1.x), that it's difficult to port a module from one to the other platform.
