right | forum | left
right | Who is online block | left

is this possible? itried giving a weihgt to my block but it stays above my forum

A similar question was just asked recently. I assume you have the forum as the front page of your site.

Also, remember that you cannot separate center-center blocks. If you place them above or below the content, all of the center-center blocks will be there.
