How to make my site look like this one??

Hello, I'm a newbie to Xoops. I have it installed with no problems however after playing with the setting for a few hours I havent been able to get the layout to look like the Xoops.org home page. Can someone please advise me on how to configure the settings?

Yes, I've installed them all but the didnt come up like I had expected... I just cant seem to figure out how to configure the layout

You add content to your modules, enable blocks for those modules in blocks admin. Update the groups permissions in groups admin so that the blocks can be seen by whoever you want to have see them. Modify your theme.html and style.css files in your default theme to make your site look like you want it.
