first of all, sorry for my english!!!!

I installed a XOOPS web site 2 weeks ago, but now i want to send mails to my registred users newsletters (weekly or something like that).

when send some mail from control panel (system), to my registred users, how can I send mail with html code embbebed?????

For the moment, you can't format your mass mail to include HTML. Your best shot here is to try one of the two available newsletter modules, evennews and PP-news. Please see
here for some information about this.
