Further to a discussion athttps://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?viewmode=flat&order=ASC&topic_id=9777&forum=20

Can any experienced XOOPS coders tackle this one? I'm not too sure how hard this would be, but it certainly would result in a popular module.

Any sort of breach of ethics involved with this sort of script?

Re: Amazon mod

I believe Amazon.com itself provides a way to intregrate your affliate pages into your site. You can create your own custom stores and then use that to create a module.

I created my own custom store with a company called All Posters and then just added it to free content and it looks like a module. You can see how it looks here:

I am an affliate of Amazon too but I haven't been back to my account page with them in quite awhile. I do believe though that you can create your own custom store pages with them and you should be able to add them to your XOOPS site by wrapping them in free content or tiny content.
