Problem with xcGallery

In the xcGallery main page, may i know where i can find a link to the upload.php file ?? Another of my question is, when i try to upload a file, it comes out a message stating that "You don't have permission to perform this operation". May i know what does this mean ???

A the top of the xcGallery main page there is a list of links, ::upload picture :: is linked to ../xoops/modules/xcgal/upload.php

I also had the same problem of no permission to upload pics,

you need to CHmod the folder ../xoops/modules/xcgal/albums/userpics to 777

All i can see in my index page is

Album list :: Last uploads :: Last comments :: Most viewed :: Top rated :: Search

I couldn't find any link that link to the upload.php.

And another thing is the userpics folder i already set to 777 but i still facing the same problem.

Did you set the groups permissions in the xcGal admin section and check the groups permission in the xoops/admin groups?
Maybe you should also have a look at the category manager in the admin section of xcGal and make a new category.

Yes, make sure you check your group permissions in the album settings.
