Control Panel Items Missing

I was messing with the group permissions and now when I am logged in as my administrator I cannot see the News and System Admin buttons in the Control Panel. Can someone help me out with a suggestion???

You can delete this topic... I found out how to gain access to my groups admin section and give back my permissions. lol!
