Does anybody know if there exists a module for an "incentives" program, where you users can earn points or get assigned points, and can redeem/etc later on?

--or--

How hard would it be to code (or find somebody to code) a module for Xoops?

(I'm new to Xoops, as I'm sure you can tell, so any information is helpful... thanks!)

There is a module "userpoints" that assigns points to doing certain things within the website - news/article posting, forum posts, comments, etc. This takes care of the first half of your problem. The second half of the problem would have to be coded custom.
