Is there someting, somewhere like a "How to make XOOPS module" tutorial?

Could someone point to me some good ressources to learn how to create XOOPS module ?

i dont think there is a tutorial but if u look on the main menu you will notice something saying "Module Development"

Read the Wiki about module development.

Download WF-Sections and see how Catzwolf has done (or perhaps my Team Module, which uses things like notification and SMARTY templates)
