Hi All..

I have installed XOOPS and I am starting to like it..

I have a question.

How can I add a single page that appears in the Navigational Menu in all the pages? I mean a link to a single page that is not updated frequently.. for example, (About Us) page. How can I add it?

Another question that I have.. When I tried to register here it gave me a message saying that I can not be registered.. But when I disabled Norton 2003 I was able to register!

I enabled it and tried to post here and it refused to add my post.. I disabled NORTON and I was able to post!

What is the problem? How can I solve it for my site's users? I can't ask them to disable their security programs!

Thanks in Advance.

This is because your norton software blocks HTTP_HEADER information, which is needed to check if you are logged in or not, and on many other places as well. Your users will have to add your XOOPS site to their trusted sites, or set the HTTP_Header blocking off.

Also see the wiki for information about firewalls

About the about page, we're about to release the wf-channels module, tha does exactly what you want (and more)! Just a little patience
