TinyEvent installation error

Hi, I'm trying to install the tinyEvent module. I follow the instructions: copy to modules dir and install via admin menu.
I do so, and get the following error just at the admin modules menu page:
Module File for tinyevent Not Found!Module File for Not Found!Module File for Not Found!Module File for Not Found!Module File for Not Found!Module File for Not Found!
Can anyone figure what is the problem?

This normally happens when you don't install the module in the correct folder. Be sure you extracted the module correctly in

your_xoops/modules/

The tinyevent module should be located in this folder

your_xoops/modules/tinyevent

Please have a look at this folder. When it looks like

your_xoops/modules/tinyevent/tinyevent

your descriped error message appears.

Oh, the real chapi answer me :) Thanks, but I have installed at the right path, and dont have a tinyevent/tinyevent dir. I have no idea which is the error...
I'm a programmer, so if you can tell me where to put debug so we can find the problem...

The xoops_version.php should be located in your_xoops/modules/tinyevent/

Is this file there?

You can turn php debug on in
administration > system admin > preferences

Piece of cake!

Open xoops_version.php with an editor and change

Quote:
$modversion['version'] = "1.01";


to

Quote:
$modversion['version'] = "1.1";


The installer only likes versions with x.x

The error i got is :
Warning: stat failed for /home/virtual/site51/fst/var/www/html/modules/tinyevent/xoops_version.php (errno=13 - Permission denied) in /home/virtual/site51/fst/var/www/html/kernel/module.php on line 196

And i have modified the version number also, but no difference for me. The path is correct because of another warnings:
Notice: Constant _mi_headlines_name already defined in /home/virtual/site51/fst/var/www/html/modules/headlines/language/spanish/modinfo.php on line 5


EDIT: It was the permissions problem, the directory has no permissions for all the users to read the files Thanks anyway and congratulations for your work!
SECOND EDIT: I had traslated the module to spanish. Tell me where i can send this translation and I send it ASAP. Thanks again for all.

Any place ti view Tiny event in use?
There are quite a few calendar type mods...would like to the difference.
