Hi

Can anyone recommend a good WYSIWYG css program, I'm very new to css and need a little help to understand and use css so that i can build a theme myself

I would say TOP STYLE pro is the best one if you want to get an idea of what your CSS is going to look like.. It has a free demo that lasts quite a while , Bradbury software.

Once you get used to it's interface it's very useful.
