I am trying to modify the groups in the admin area so unregistered users can view all the active blocks like user menu. I checked this in the Anonymous Users Group and it still does not show when I sign out. Something probably stupid but can someone tell me what I am doing wrong

The user menu is heavily dependant on the data from the logged in user. In fact, it's user specific, each and every link on it (even the logout link). Thus, users that are not logged in (eg. the system not knowing who it is), cannot in all fairness, display the user menu. Hope this helps

Yes It does and thank you very much!! Also is there a place to download new blocks. I am looking for specifically a quote of the day from the bible or something like that!!
