Hi, i'm trying to create some blocks in order to show,i.e: polls,news feeding by other sites...

how can i create them?

Log into your site as administrator, then go to system admin -> Blocks. You'll see a list of all available blocks there. You can configure the place, order and settings there.

ok,i've seen it,but i don't know what do i need to put into text area in order to show,i.e, news feeds or polls
