Looks like you're good to go now - but I would check your theme changes. The text is a bit hard to read in the content areas.

Here's what I did -
1. Renamed your default theme folder to default1
2. Uploaded XOOPS default theme
3. Renamed blue_shine theme to blue_shine1
4. Renamed XOOPS default theme to blue_shine
5. Deleted everything in the templates_c and cache folders except the .htaccess and index.html
6. Cleared my browser cache
7. Page loaded fine
8. Renamed theme folders back

The primary tasks would be to clear templates_c and cache

Thanks...that site appears to be working fine. Now I've tried the other site Thomas C Hart has an issue with line 34 ::::: so much as I can count this is the error on that linetrigger_error("Unable to connect to database", E_USER_ERROR);. Any ideas or hints?
I'm enjoying Xoops, but it doesn't come without heartache and customer complaints!

Try this faq and if that doesn't help put 'Unable to connect to database'
into the search box and browse the forume results.
