i don't understand why everything is appears to be so tricky and difficult. i know im a straight newbie who is forrest gumping his way through the whole thing...but D&MN!!! it's not like im trying to do anything special. im just wanting what i installed to work--no extra features. im not understanding why what i downloaded, the most recent version i found, isn't working right---from the email, to now, the log in. its frustrating. i could see if i was trying to do something extra. but even jdseymour went to the site (when it was working and before the upgrade, and when i was able to log on, and couldn't see what was wrong.) that has to mean that there is something wrong, and its not just because im a newbie that this isn't working. something is malfunctioned
